Professional Experience

Ms. Koontz is Project Manager of IFM, a full-service water and wastewater company. Aubrie joined the company in 2011 as a part-time weekend operator and laboratory assistant. She was brought on full-time shortly after as a laboratory and administrative assistant. She eventually worked her way up to marketing, sales and project management. Her current responsibilities include project management, managing IFM’s engineering and design group, and providing marketing support.

Prior to joining IFM, Ms. Koontz worked as the office administrator and rental manager of Rutter & Dudley Asphalt Maintenance, a family-owned business. There, she gained an understanding of small business operations that she brought with her to IFM.

Ms. Koontz has managed and contributed to countless projects in her time at IFM. These include municipal water treatment plant rebed projects, complete wastewater treatment design-build systems, fabrication work, and custom designed reverse osmosis systems. She has overseen membrane plant design-build projects and water treatment plant additions. IFM has come to rely on Ms. Koontz for her project management and organizational skills.
