IFM INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT WASTEWATER SEMINAR

IFM held its first Industrial Pretreatment Wastewater Seminar @ Poggemeyer Design Group in Bowling Green, OH on April 20, 2011.

The topics of discussions were various treatment technologies that can remove common contaminants from industrial wastewater streams. The seminar was well attended by a mix of operators, managers and engineers involved in the industrial wastewater field. Speakers and attendees traveled as far as from Boston, Philadelphia, Michigan and SE Ohio to be present at the event.

Speakers included:

  • Steve Endres and Steve Leach – Novozymes Biologicals, Salem VA – Bioaugmentation and Microbiology
  • Mitch George – One Aquasource – Chemical Treatment Theory and applications
  • Fran Brady – Senior Engineer, Koch Membrane Systems – Industrial Wastewater Membrane Applications
  • Bill Koebel – ResinTech – Ion Exchange in Wastewater Applications.
