Please join us in congratulating Tom Horn for being elected as the President of the Ohio Water Environment Association, Northwest district for 2011-2012.

Over the last 6 years, Tom has served on various committees, culminating in this posting. It is certainly a recognition of his knowledge and dedication to the advancement of the field of water treatment and of stewardship of the environment.

Tom has been instrumental in helping develop intrest in, and the professionalism required to operate treatment systems.

We are very proud to count Tom as an instrumental part of IFM's staff and management group. As Vice President, he oversees all wastewater design build projects as well as all operations and their ancillary business units. Tom has been with IFM since 1998.
